Who's Big Up for?

Is my company a good fit for Big Up! ?

What's the best deal for me?

Currently Big Up! is available for both small and large companies in a Core version. If you want customizations just ask, Big Up! is fully adaptable to your needs. 

How long to setup?

It only takes a few minutes to create an account, invite users, and start using it right away. You may need some input related to the feedback culture, but don’t worry, we’re here to help. We thought you could use one of our advisors for the first two days of training.

Which is Big Up! architecture?

Big Up! infrastructure is cloud-based and SaaS logic. The current release is mainly stored on Amazon AWS.

Is there a single database for everyone or each company has its own database?

Big Up! was conceived as multi-tenant tool, so each company or organization is a ”silos” within the structure with its own dedicated instance. 

At the moment there is no on-premise mode, but if you have this need contact us and we will talk about it!

How can I cutomize it?

Big Up! adjusts easily to every need. Do you want to embed your people authentication system? Do you want to connect your management system to feed the system master data? Do you want to transmit the data generated by Big Up! to your BI System? Contact us and we will do our best to exceed your expectations.

What can I expect to achieve?

Big Up! offers an overview of many useful data that are usually difficult to find. As HR Manager you will have frequent feedback that translates into valuable insights and rather detailed mapping of skills and relationships.

You can control how the number of conflicts will go down, employees will be more satisfied with the continuous feedback and you will have higher retention of key people.
You will collect valuable data on social interactions, soft skills, and engagement among employees.

From the dashboard, you can see several charts related to:

Could there be unequal distribution of tokens related to the role of people?

It can happen. If you feel that an adaptive system works better in your organization, we are glad to study a tailor-made solution with you. For example, you can set token quality and quantity distinctions, which can also be adjusted according to the position they are in.

How can I upload my employees' information to the platform?

The Core version of Big Up! features manual configuration or data import from a spreadsheet. We can meet your needs within a Custom plan, integrating Big Up! with other systems.
We will support you with one of our consultants for the first two days of training.

Which mobile versions for Big Up! ?
