Under art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 we hereby notify you that your data will be collected and handled by Interlogica s.r.l.
The Data Controller is Interlogica s.r.l. in the person of its legal representative.
The list of personal data supervisors and third party recipients of communications is available at the offices of Interlogica s.r.l.
The data are handled with appropriate procedures to safeguard User confidentiality and the handling consists of collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction, including with combinations of two or more of the aforesaid activities.
In addition to purposes which are linked with, instrumental to and necessary for the provision of the service the User has requested, the purpose of the data handling is to:
a) communicate the data to third party Companies which perform functions necessary for or instrumental to the workability of the requested Service;
b) send commercial information and offers, including of third parties; send advertising material and information; make commercial communications, including when interactive; perform direct sales activities or placement of products or services; formulate studies and statistical research on sales, customers and other information, and possibly communicate them to third parties; transfer collected and processed data to third parties for commercial purposes, including for selling or attempted selling i.e. for all legal commercial and/or statistical purposes.
User consent to the handling of personal data is optional.
In the event of refusal of the handling of personal data cited in point b) the handling will be limited to complete fulfilment of the obligations arising from the provision of the Service and fulfilment of the obligations provided for by laws, regulations and European legislation.
In the event of refusal of the handling of personal data cited in point a) the Company will be unable to provide the Service requested.
You are also advised that under art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003, the User has the right for legitimate reasons to object, wholly or in part, to the handling and may in the manner and within the limits laid down by the legislation in force, request confirmation of the existence of personal data pertaining to him/her and be informed of the origin, receive comprehensible communication, obtain information on the logic, methods, and purposes of the handling, request that it be updated, rectified and integrated, request its cancellation, transformation to anonymous form, the blocking of data handled in violation of the law, including that no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, and more generally exercise all rights recognised by the provisions of law in force.
DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS
Pursuant to Section 7 of the Italian Privacy Code, Interlogica hereby informs that the Users have the right to be informed (i) of the source of the personal data; (ii) of the purposes and methods of the processing; (iii) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; (iv) of the identification data concerning data controller and data processors; (v) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may have access to the said data in their capacity as data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
Furthermore, Users have the right to obtain
a) updating, rectification or, where they have an implied interest, integration of the data;
b) deletion, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
Users have the right to object, in whole or in part,
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of their personal data, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of their personal data, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
